    I just downloaded and installed the Trial version of the Synchron Prime Edition, but I'm having a problem with the iLok activation. The ilok License Manager shows that I can activate to a key or the cloud, but when I try to do that, it only gives me the option to activate to a key.

    Is it even possible to activate a Trial license to the Cloud?

    OP here. Here is a screenshot of my iLok License Manager session. Note the Key and Cloud icons, indicating that I can activate both of these ways. But then note the actual Activation window which has only one location option: Key.

    Hi,

    That's a very unfortunate message. Of course it's possible to activate your license on the cloud.

    Did you open your cloud session already (File / Open Cloud Session)?

    Hi vslkarl7777,

    The license for your Synchron Prime Edition Library Demo actually IS already activated in your iLok cloud, so of course you'd see just the other available option now.

    Thanks everybody! Support solved my problem. Here's the instructions they gave that helped me.

    1. Open iLok License Manager and Sign in
    2. Go to File > Open Your Cloud Session
    3. Go to View > Available licenses
    4. Drag your licenses to the cloud icon on the left.
