Why does Promo-Codes does not apply to Voucher? They are not excluded in Description!

I tried to apply my 50% Promo Code to buy a 500€ Voucher. But the Shop deny to apply it.

I have read carefully that Bundles and Education-Products are not eligible for Promo codes. There is no Mention at all, that Voucher are excluded by for the Promo codes. So just answer:

Why does Promo-Codes does not apply to Voucher?

I think as far this behavior of the shop is not covered by the Description you should allow those who ask for. And if this behavior would be really intended, the shop should not exclude anything until it is covered by the Description.

Just a question of correct business.

As far as I can see a Voucher does not in any way includ any pricereduction like "educational" nor "promotional" or bundle product.

Why I can't use any promo codes (30, 40 or 50%) to buy an upgrade from MIR pro 3D (24) to full version? Cart is refusing the code (and I can see there is 12 hours to the end of the promo). Upgrades are excluded?

That was a glitch on our side, promo codes are working again and will work until 2 pm CET today.
