When I open my vienna synchron player its literally just empty
no libraries and i can't play anything. There is absolutely nothing on this topic, nothing that can help
the software that is used is completely outdated and ancient.
i have added my ilok, which is another ancient software and it still fails to work
someone please help i'm so fed up with this outdated software

Sometimes you have to completely reinstall everything
Yes, the likely culprit is that the Synchron Player is not being properly pointed to the folder where the library is installed, and as suggested, I believe this can be taken care of by Vienna Assistant.
