    For some reason on my fastest drives (samsung990 EVO SSD NAND) I'm having trouble with samples getting overloaded easily -- i.e. after playing a lot of samples (but not exceeding the voice counts) I will get distorted sample playback that only subsides after I let the system rest for about 10 seconds or so. Contrast this with no issues whatsoever on 5400 RPM sata drives which is where I suspected I might have issues but I don't.

    I'm not running out of RAM.
