What is the precise relationship between the Tuning slider and the Harmonize Slider? The manual says the value of the Tuning slider will be multiplied with the humanize tuning curve values?

So for example with Tuning at 25 and Humanize at 127, what actually happens? Am I getting 25 of the 127? And if I set it Humanize to 63, would I be getting 25 of the 63?
