    Hi all,

    I need to install my VSL instrument (piano) on a new computer.

    On my current (old) computer it was installed via iLok.

    I still have the downloaded files (the .x and .y files) and the sample files (.syvolume files).

    I see some instructions at:

    So do I need to redownload the download and sample files again using this process?

    If I copy these files from my old to new computer first, will the installation detect they are present and skip the download and do the rest of installation?

    @musicos if it is a synchron/ized piano copy the files over to your new computer. Then when you have Vienna Assistant on the new machine use the top left menu to point to them.
