Be aware that if you used any crossgrade discounts from items you sell the discount amount will be deducted. So if the price you paid for any other product reflected discounts for owning Special Edition libraries, you will be "charged back" (as it were) for the discount.
I had to learn that lesson the hard way. It's a fair policy by VSL once I understood it, otherwise people would buy discount-qualifying products, use the discount to help purchase something else, and then sell the discount-qualifying items.

Yes, I meant "only refund it after a maximum of 14 days".
Is this only done as an exception or a common "demo" version you can test? One of the problems VST libraries have is that they cost a lot, but only few have demo versions...YouTube videos always look and sound great, but very often people buy something they thought they would like, but then they don't like it that much...but they spent a lot of money on it.
An official demo version of every library would be great.

Hi @LeanderAT! While product returns are easy and hassle-free for users, they still mean some cost and workload on our end. We offer this policy because we want people to be confident and happy about their purchases, but it should not be seen as a "demo and return everything" offer.
But to answer your question: No, it's not an exception - it's our policy. If you like what you hear and see, you can buy in our webshop without fear of being stuck with it should it not be the right product for you, after all.
