    In the demo page of vsl.co.at it seems that we can't use anymore the "open player" option?!

    dup, since servicepack 2 for windows XP popups are blocked by default (and the open-player button uses a javascript to open a window in a predefined size) - the yellow notification line on the top of your browser window is often overlooked.
    also several other extensions (google toolbar, MSN toolbar) are often configured to block popups, some browsers have such settings even in their preferences ...

    in case there is a problem with just a certain player please notify us to get that fixed

    Thanks for your answer, found the problem:
    Norton internet security changed something and by default now blocks Publicity
