    The preset is:

    Smart Orchestra XP VelXF sus

    The Synchron tree is:

    Orchestra/pad+solo/pad+solo/woodwinds/clarinet/clarinet legato.

    After saving and closing it always opens as

    Orchestra/pad+solo/pad+solo/strings+celesta/harps XP/harp

    Mac mini M2Pro, Sonoma 14.7, Logic Pro 10.8.1, all software latest versions.

    I already got a lightspeed response from Marnix! He could reproduce the issue and has forwarded it to the developers. 👍

    Marnix got back to me. It turns out the mistake was mine, no bug! I saved the settings which were set by the mouse and forgot that you need to adapt the CC value at the bottom, which was at 00 and which should have been >35.
