Upgraded to new computer, MIR Pro now says I have to contact vendor for license

Hello,

I've just upgraded to a new computer. That means new hardware. I tried de-activating and re-activating my MIR Pro license on iLok, which works. However, when I try to load the plugin in Cubase, it tells me that my old computer's fingerprint is gone, because the hardware has changed, and told to contact a vendor.

Need help!
