Synchron Piano Series and Sibelius: How to route it properly?

Hi all,

I have an orchestral template in VE Pro which works perfectly with Sibelius.

For orchestral instruments i use the sound set of Vienna SY Special Edition but, unfortunately, i cannot find any soundset related to synchron pianos.

Any help?

You can use the Synchron Pianos with the "VE SY Special Edition" sound set.

I´ve managed to find the piano set in the "VE SY Special Edition" sound set, but i´m still unable to make it work.

For my template i use VE PRo EVent Inputs which i use to assign to MIDI ports and MIDI channels.

I´ve set synchron piano to MIDI port 7 and MIDI Channel 1 and tried:

a) VE Pro Event Input (7) + "VE SY Special Edition" sound set --> Piano (channel 1)

b) VE Synchron Piano + "VE SY Special Edition" sound set --> Piano (channel 1).

In both cases, it doesn´t work.

Hi LuisAntonio!

It can have different reasons why articulation changes don't work as expected or instruments play on the wrong channel. Did you go through the Troubleshooting section of the "Sibelius Integration" tutorial yet? All possible reasons that come to my mind are listed there.
