    I have noticed some people who own BBO Andromeda and BBO Altair (I own both too) talking about problems with installing the free BBO. I have no problems with that but I wonder if there is anything the free BBO can do that BBO Andromeda or BBO Altair cannot do. I never use the free BBO but perhaps I should. Any thoughts appreciated.

    I had the BBO Orchestra to complement my other products, but the most recent versions of Vienna Assistant have apparently disabled the ability to install from a local disk installer. It's really too bad that all these changes and updates destroy so many formerly-good workflows.

    Hi @murphy761,

    That looks like the download was not finished or the data you are installing from is corrupted. I'd suggest to erase the data and download the product once again.
