  • [solved] No audio, and where is Overdrive?

Hello everyone! Extreme newbie problem/question here. (I know next to Nothing here, and made this account just to ask!) I've read through the manual first, and can't find anything that answers my questions.

So I've recently purchased Overdrive, and am very excited about learning to rock it! I'm using MacOS/Logic Pro, and I've gotten Vienna Instruments Pro installed successfully, *I think* - it appears in my Instrument track as Vienna Ensembles, VI, and VI Pro.

I've had some "connection" problems, where Ensemble couldn't "connect to the server?" but that seems to have fixed itself. Trouble is, I'm not sure what it's supposed to be connecting to. Can you only use this software if you're connected to the internet?

But by far my bigger problem is that in the other two instrument settings (I'm not sure how VI and VI Pro are different?) is that... no sound comes out. All the virtual keyboard keys are grayed out, which I've seen in a couple screenshots, so at least it's not Just me - but how does one fix this? I can see it register the keys when I play them on my midi keyboard, so it's recieving the signal, just not outputting it.

Additionally, and most importantly - where is Overdrive? I'm seeing the VI Pro Symphonic Library and its standalone app just fine, but if you're supposed to import Overdrive or something, I'm not seeing how.

Sorry for again, what's probably supremely basic bonehead questions, but I appreciate any help y'all can give so, so much!
