I am thinking of buying a MacBook Pro M3 or similar to be able to use the synchron pianos in real time without any type of restriction, that is, to be able to use all the microphones, all the chords that I need to play classically and without any type of cut-off. in the sound. What model would you need and how many gigs of ram to not have any problems when touching it?

Sorry for the delay in replying. Thank you very much for the reply. The funny thing is that I don't see any MacBook with 32GB of RAM. All the ones I've seen, both the Pro and the Air, only have 24GB of RAM.
Trying to help: I just bought a Mac Mini M4 Pro with 24GB of unified memory a few weeks ago.
I wasn't sure if I would get the same performance as a Windows 11 with an Intel 11900KF + 64 GB RAM with a fast NVME M.2 hard drive.
Now I'm playing the Fazioli F308 with 6 mics and the CPU is running at 20-30%, no cracks or pops whatsoever. I am a very demanding classical pianist, more interested in live performance than anything else. You do need to tweak the number of cores used for loading/straming though.
I use a baseline MacBook Air M2, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD just for piano solo projects involving the Synchron Concert D-274, full library (not the full Synchron Pianos collection due to HD size, obviously.) Runs flawlessly with resolutions of 24bit@96KHz, 32 and 64 sample buffer sizes playing/recording real time, latency at around 2 milliseconds, 28% CPU usage in Ableton Live 12.1.5. I assign for intermediate to advanced pieces at least 386 voices for polyphony, and enable multicore usage. These Apple silicon machines run better with extremely low buffers. I/O rig: Behringer UMC404HD 192KHz interface, and SL88 Studio MIDI controller with Roland DP-10 continuous sustain pedal and two other generic piano style switches. I highly recommend ARM Macs for music/audio projects.
