    I've just bought the VI Flügelhorn, as it was one of the few VIs I didn't have. I downloaded using Vienna Assistant, then authorised the licence via iLok (I have done this before 😁) but while the samples are correctly installed in the right place on my SSD, the instrument isn't showing up in VIPro. I've tried doing a search but it's not there. I've tried reinstalling from VA but still no joy.

    Admittedly it's a while since I last bought a VI series instrument so perhaps I've forgotten some key stage in the process. However it shows as installed in VA

    but there's nothing in VIPro:

    I'll keep racking my memory in case I recall something I've forgotten to do but I can't remember having this problem before so any help would be appreciated.

    Panic over. Apparently something went wrong with iLok. When I authorised it I got the usual "You have activated..." message but then when I logged in again the licence had disappeared. I had to use "Show all licences..." and it appeared as "0 of 1 activations". However I definitely had activated it the first time and had confirmation.

    Anyway, it seems to be working now so it must've been an iLok glitch of some kind.
