Unable to open old projects made with eLicenser version

Hi, I'm on the latest VEP7 version on a Windows 11 machine, but I'm still unable to open any of the old projects made with the elicenser version. When I try to load one of this project, be it an Instance file or a Server Project, I first get the message "This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." Then VEP seems to freeze when it tries to load the file and in the end I get the message "The file you are trying to load is invalid or inaccessible." Wasn't the problem with the migration from the elicenser to ilok supposed to be solved with the latest VEP updates? My elicenser key is connected to the computer, but disconnecting it doesn't solve the problem, is there a way to reopen the old projects?

Hi! Yes, general conversion issues were fixed a long time ago. We handle such cases from base to base cases in support. Most of the time it's individual issues on the machine. Please get in touch with us via support@vsl.co.at
