    Hi! After making update for synchron player y piano player now the 2 of them will not open - on Windows 11. So I made all the updates of Windows, restarted and reinstalled 2 times. How can I return to the older versions? Thanks!

    Hi Viktor,

    Go to Vienna Assistant, then in the Synchron player and piano player there are three dots (...) click on them. You see a row of five options. Take Show Archive. That'll show a long list of versions. The second on that list is the one you want. But before you "roll back" to the previous version I would contact VSL Support. They're very good and have ALWAYS helped me out. I'm sure there's a, most likely simple solution, to your problem. Good luck.
