    I have a question. What about the (extra?) load on the CPU with the new compression method?

    In our tests there was overall no additional load on CPUs, since we utilize special CPU instructions that make uncompressing the content super efficient. As long as your CPU is newer than an Intel Core 7th Gen (7 years old) / Ryzen 2nd Gen you should be fine. CPUs older than these will indeed get a small performance hit.
