Assistant stuck on (Not responding)

Hello,

I've tried to install the assistant several times now and waited half a year - a year and then tried again and consistently running into this problem.

I have tried disabling my firewall and antivirus. and it doesn't help.
It does run in my Task Manager.

Does anyone have a way to fix this?

Hi, it's recommended that the Vienna Assistant be added as an allowed exception rather than temporarily disabling their functionality. If the issue continues, please contact support@vsl.co.at! Best, Andreas
