    Hello, I purchased Synchronized Dimension II. In order to install the sound banks,
    I then installed the latest version of Vienna Assistant. It does not open, white screen and error message. I work under Windows 10.

    Hi!

    Sounds like some antivirus or security software might interfere there. Usually, it's advisable to create an exception rather than disabling it. Best, Andreas
