[SOLVED] New SYNCHRON-ized library missing in Synchron Player?

I just crossgraded to SYNCHRON-ized Special Edition Vol 1 from VI Special Edition Vol. 1, but I can't find it in the Synchron Player.

• The license is active
• The library is downloaded (all components) in Vianna Assistant
• All software and libraries are updated

FYI, my existing library (SYNCHRON Prime Edition) is present and working in the Synchron Player and I'm using Cubase 12 Artist on a Windows 11 PC.

I'm fairly new to VSL. I started with some free libraries about a year ago after watching those fabulous video recommendations by @Francesco Pirrone. However, I've been composing music on computers for decades and have a background in IT.

Any suggestions on how to locate the missing library or troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated.
