Brass - no upgrade path?

Seems there’s no upgrade path from Brass I & II to Dimension, and it’s not Synchron-ised?

Is this correct? Want to check as I’m about to reinstall. Was really hoping it was Synchr’d as I’ve never loved the VI player ..
