    Hello,

    I have bought VI Super Package recently but the piccolo (#31), alto flute (#34), english horn I (#37), clarinett Eb (#39) and contra basoon (#43) is missing in my Vienna Instruments Pro (Woodwinds II package). Maybe some other instruments in other packages.

    Have I missed something?

    Hello Tomas,

    I've had a look at your registrations right now, no missing libraries for the VI-Super Package Full are displayed, so all ok in this regard. Please make sure you've installed EVERYTHING you see under "not installed" in your Vienna Assistant: https://www.vsl.info/en/tutorials/guides/library-installation-ilok

    Thanks for the reply, but the mimics in the Vienna Instruments Pro don’t show the lacking instruments as before.

    Hello Tomas,

    You haven't activated the license for the VI-WW II in your iLok license manager, that's why you can't see the instruments in the player.

    Maybe a litle be odd that most of my instruments was activated but not the WWII...
