I would like to route external audio (e.g. a microphone, or audio from another application) into Vienna Ensemble Pro 7 STANDALONE version.
To be clear, I understand how to do this in VEP Plugin when working within a DAW. But this does work in the Standalone version because there is no DAW involved.
Can anyone point me to an appropriate tutorial?

Hi! Open the VE Pro Standalone Preferences, select the correct audio device, and under 'Audio Routing', make sure the correct inputs & outputs are set according to your hardware. You can set the desired input in the channel strips on the top. More info in the manual here:
