There is likely a simple fix for this, but I have not been able to solve this problem. Just recently the load time for the Synchron Piano Steinway D has slowed to a crawl. I haven't moved the samples or the player, but I did install an update to the Sample Player recently. I believe the problem started after the update.
Any thoughts?

Hi! You can always right-click the Pianos Player software in the Vienna Assistant, choose "Archive" and roll back to the previous build. If that does not help please create a support file and send it to us at support@vsl.co.at.
