    I put a lot of time into a server project but as of 10 minutes ago, VEP Server refuses to load it. Note that VEP Server crashed and I rebooted my machine prior to this behavior.

    Is there a way to restore the project by hand? It just won't load it anymore and I fear the file is corrupt.

    Have you tried importing the instances into a new Server Project?

    File->Import Instances

    Strangely enough, it opened this mornning. The difference being that I said "no" to the "Load last saved server project?" and opening it from the file menu seemed to work.

    Thanks for the nudge, I should probably save the instances separately.

    Ah yes. I almost never click "Yes" when I get that dialog, since whatever state caused it to crash is not one I want to restore - assuming you have a clean save, of course.
