    I own a lot of VSL Libraries and just got a new workstation. I am trying to download and install all of them, only to realize downloads happen sequentially in bulk mode...(?) To top it top it off, my downloads get forcibly cancelled out of the blue because maybe I reached some kind of limit?

    Never thought downloading VSL libraries can be such a frustrating long experience... It's 2024, why this concern about bandwidth? For God's sake, it's not the 90's. Bandwidth is cheap now. This is horrendous.... Sorry guys.

    Currently we don't have any artificial limitations on bandwidth for our download servers. You can download libraries as fast as your internet connection in combination with the route to our servers allows.

    This said, 29 megabyte per second doesn't sound slow to me at all. That's ~1/4 throughput of a gigabit connection.

    And regarding loading one library after the other instead of loading in parallel: We measured all kinds of combinations and this is the most reliable and fastest way to download our libraries.

    While it seems to run linear, each library is being downloaded with multiple parallel connections to multiple of our servers to maximize download speed.

    Thank you. Here is my issue: I select multiple libraries and start a download. I then go to work, only to come back after 10 hours and see this:

    I have 65 libraries to do it one by one!

    Why are the queued downloads FORCIBLY cancelled??? It will take me days to install everything if this keeps happening...

    Since the last update from VA I had the same trouble. Every time (Duality Strings or Epic Orchestra for example) when the next part should download it stopps (the torrent thing, whatever that is). Had to close and open VA about 6 or 7 times to get the whole library. Refresh did not help.
