I now get an error that says that "VSLHELPER.EXE" can't find some QT DLLs and so nothing will load any longer.
I assume this is part of the conversion to ILOK?
I'm a professional and have spent my whole day trying to sort this out.
It said to "reinstall" to get the DLLS but I don't even know what to reinstall

For others who face this problem:
Reinstalling Vienna Instruments did not solve the problem.
Installing Synchron Player (even though I have not migrated to using it) did manage to bring along the dlls that are required for VI to work.
Now I can't get MIR Pro to work. I have roompacks 2 installed (3 times), the directory pointed to the new roompack install and a valid license on ilok but nope, something, somewhere is failing and I am still not working for anyone but VSL so far today.

MIR Pro is not available for iLok. The exception is MIR Pro in VEP7. For it to run you need to additionally download the legacy RoomPacks in Vienna Assistant.
The plugin version is not available for iLok.
I highly recommend upgrading to Vienna MIR Pro 3D.

I did not switch that license to iLok, I suppose the vsl system did it for me?
1 question:
a) The ilok conversion removed the roompacks 2 license from elicensor. I can no longer use the activation code on elicensor becuase it's "already been used" Can I deauthorize it on ilok and reauthorize on elicensor? I'd rather not deauthorize it on ilok and find that I've lost it altogether for whatever reason.
I have no interest in upgrading my MIR system to "3d" in the middle of a project

We do not provide any updates for software that supports eLicenser since our transition to iLok.
In case you don't want to transition to iLok yet I recommend to donwlaod and install the sample players from MyVSL on the website. The Vienna Assistant only delivers iLok compatible software and libraries!
Regarding your license: The migration to iLok does not de-authorize your license. It will stay on your eLicenser key(s) and keep functioning with the eLicenser compatible version. In case you can't see your license on the key make sure it's the right key, try to plug it into another USB slot and finally try updating eLicenser Control Center to the latest version / reinstall it.

I redownloaded the Roompacks 2 via the download manager and it seems the paths got sorted out. I have no idea how working in the new system messed them up. I certainly didn't do anything other than download ilok software and libraries.
