    Hello,

    I downloaded SYzed Dimension Strings I a week ago and was using it no problem on my iLok after downloading to my SSD.

    Just signed in today and the synchron player isn't seeing any samples! Totally confused. I use Logic Pro X

    Any help appreciated

    Make sure the iLok cloud session has started. Sometimes it need a nudge.

    I that's not it, try deactivating the lieciense and then reactivating

    If the sample content is on an external drive, make sure the drive letter hasn't changed

    The drive got disconnected, and I had to restart the machine for my DAW to see it once I reconnected it.
