  • Protools or Logic X for recording

    Hi everyone,

I would like to make a recording of my own playing using Synchron Piano. Which DAW shall I use ? Pro tools or Logic X ?

    Best regards,

    John

  • I've never used Pro Tools, but if you have a Mac you can easily record with the free Garabage Band App. I purchasd Logic, but there is really nothing I do with it that I can't do in Garage Band.

  • Hi David,

Thanks for the reply. I have tried with logic and the garabage band . I just have a little problem. I wonder why is the pitch of the piano change after I add a new track .

    Best regards,

    John

  • Hi David. Is there a way to change the desired latency in Garageband?

Not that I'm aware of. You'd need Logic Pro for that.
