    I just installed the latest version of Vienna Assistant 1.1.340 on Monterey but it is hanging on Loading Products and then it crashes. Any ideas? I have enabled permissions and full disc access is Sys Prefs.

    I recently changed Hard Disk and created a new user profile but I don't think this would affect VA loading.

    Sorry, it does not seem to actually crash but just hangs. I go into Force Quit and it says 'not responding' besides Vienna Assistant.

    Can you please send us a sample from the hang?
    => Open Activity Monitor
    => Choose Vienna Assistant
    => Click the small "i" in the upper left corner
    => Click "Sample" in the lower left corner
    => Save the file and send it to us: support@vsl.co.at
