    Hi,

    When I purchased VEP7 couple of years ago, I got it with the blue eLicenser and it seems VEP7 only works when connected online so what's the point to keep it? I never plugged it out from my hub until recently and noticed that dongle makes no difference.

    Is there a way to direct the VEP7 license to the dongle instead of iLok cloud?

    Hi,

    The latest VEPro is available only for iLok. That's why the blue (eLicenser) key doesn't make a difference. If you want to activate the VEPro license on a dongle instead of a cloud, you can activate your license on the iLok key (2nd or 3rd generation).
