[SOLVED] GPU POWER shutdown Ensemble Pro Server

I have an issue testing the VIENNA POWER HOUSE with Vienna Ensemble Pro Server and Vienna Mir Pro 3D:

After uploading or set an instance on Vienna Ensemble Pro server 7 and Vienna Mir Pro 3D when I click on Mir Pro 'GPU POWER' the Vienna Ensemble Pro shutdown… 🤔 Am I doing something wrong?

Which OS are you currently working on, and what is your hardware?

Do you get any crash reports?

I assume that all VSL software components are up to date, correct?

Windows 11 (version 23H2)
11th Gen Intel i7-1165GT @ 2.80 GHz
RAM: 40960MB
Intel Iris Xe Graphics

and YES, all VSL software components are up to date.
I do not get any crash report. When I have all instances perfectly uploaded on Vienna Ensemble Pro when I go to Vienna Mir Pro 3D and I press the button GPU POWER what happen is that my uploaded instances are shut down and open a new empty one...

Looking forward to have a successful Vienna Power House test.

Hi Eduardo,

Vienna Power House currently only works with these NVIDIA and AMD graphic cards.

Your Intel Iris Xe Graphics card is not supported, but let's see how our friends at GPU Audio can expand the possibilities, but iGPUs (built into the CPU like Intel Iris Xe) will probably be far down the list.

We will also try to find a better way to communicate such incompatibilities in clearer error messages.
