  • Hi,

    Thanks for posting!

Which OS and versions of Teamviewer are you using when you connect?

    Best,
    Paul

    Hi Paul,

I have just installed Teamviewer and I have the latest version.

    TeamViewer Full Client - 15.47.3

    cheers,

    Arthur

  • Hi Arthur,

Thanks. Which OS are you working on (on both sides)?

  • On the Host PC Win 10 pro and on the Slave win 11 pro.

    Cheers,

    Arthur

  • Hi Arthur,

    Just checked with our developers.

Our Vienna Assistant is using OpenGL, which unfortunately doesn't work reliably with Teamviewer.

We are already looking at a possible fix, but I'm afraid I can't give you an ETA at this point.

    Best,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

one thing struck me. Vienna Assistant is displayed correctly if a monitor is connected but the computer is accessed via Teamviewer, then the window display works correctly. But not without connecting a monitor. Maybe that will help a little.

And thank you for the great support.

    cheers,

    Arthur

  • Hi,

My colleagues know more about this. Seems to be a Teamviewer-specific problem that when

    • no monitor is connected or
    • a connected monitor doesn't transmit any data,

this can lead to troubles with Teamviewer.

It SOMETIMES helps to switch to HDMI instead of DP.... maybe that's also the case for you?

    Best,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

OK, I already thought something like that. Unfortunately I don't have the option to switch to HDMI. Maybe the guys from teamviewer know something. thanks for the help so far.

    cheers,

    Arthur

  • Hi Arthur,

You could also try alternatives like Anydesk or VNCViewer...
