    I have done everything that I have read here on the forume: the iLok has the latest software. VI Pro and VE have been updated. I re-scanned the Directory Manager. I checked the Vienna Assistant and all software is installed and updated. Nothing at all shows up in VI Pro. Running an Apple Silicon 2 Ultra. Ventura; MacOS 13.5.2

    You need to open an ilok cloud session in the iLok License manager app.
