I just bought the synchron imperial and it couldn't add it to my ilok account. then I also bought the synchron percussion bundle and it won't add it to my ilok account either. I had an error at checkout saying it couldnt add it, I got emails saying it failed to add it, and when I try to manually deposit via myVSL it gives me this message:
I already have my ilok account sync'd with VSL, it says it correctly in my profile and all my other vsl products are working on ilok.
