here is my "remix" of Guy Bacos' "A Gentle Glance" in two versions:

To the background:
After I was impressed by the timbre of the Gajdica from the “Synchron World Winds” package last year, it was now that of the Duduk with its archaic character and a vibrato similar to the human voice.

The mixer or plugin settings for #1 (MIDI version) are as follows:
Duduk: Compressed
Piano: Ambience with High Shelf: -20 db / Q 0.30 at 2 kHz
Strings: Tutti full range / B-Dark / Layer 5C / 30% Wet
For #2 (audio version) I added “AlgoVerb 1” from the “HOFA IQ-Reverb” with 20% wet in the virtual room “Large Famous Bright Place” as a reverb tail in the “Stereo Out” fader – and the volume levels of the three audio tracks adapted to my ideas.
About my motives:
As already written elsewhere: I learn through imitation.
Many hours of work for a single minute of result may be crazy, but I wasn't bored for a second.

Sollte die Veröffentlichung meiner beiden Fassungen nicht erwünscht sein oder gegen Urheber- bzw. Aufführungsrechte verstoßen, so bitte ich um umgehende Löschung.
Zum Hintergrund:
Nachdem mich schon vergangenes Jahr die Klangfarbe der Gajdica aus dem „Synchron World Winds“-Paket begeistert hat, war es nun die der (des?) Duduk mit ihrem archaischen Charakter und einem der menschlichen Stimme ähnlichen Vibrato.

Wie bereits an anderer Stelle geschrieben: Ich lerne durch Imitation.
Viele Stunden Arbeit für eine einzige Minute Ergebnis mögen verrückt sein, dennoch habe ich mich keine Sekunde gelangweilt.
