  • Installed to a New Windows 11 Computer - Vienna Suite Pro Plugins x64 not being recognized

I recently had to perform a fresh install of Windows 11 and am now encountering an issue with Vienna Suite Pro:

After installing Studio One Pro 6.5 and Vienna Suite Pro using the Vienna Assistant, whenever I launch my song project, all plugins with "x64" in their name (e.g., Vienna Equalizer Pro x64) are not being loaded or recognized by Studio One.

I've tried numerous solutions, but nothing seems to get them to load. This is unfortunate because I can't recall the specific settings I had for these plugins. On a related note, all the VST3 plugins without "x64" in their name load without any problems, but the x64 ones, which I used in my song, do not.

Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

  • Hi Nektarios,

I think those are remnants from the switch to 64 bit processing on Windows.

Can you please send us such a song, so we can investigate? support@vsl.co.at

  • Hi Nektarios,

    I think you're simply missing the VST2 plug-ins.

Make sure to point Studio One to the right folder and you should be fine.

  • Thank you Paul. I had already done this and keep getting the same issue. My other VST2 plugins get recognized fine. I also reset my blocked list plugins and I still get the same issue. Regards, Nektarios

  • Hi!

Do other VSL plugins like the Synchron Player show up as VST2? On Windows, the user manually chooses his VST2 locations. That's also true for VSL Software; you can check Vienna Assistant's settings. Is that the VST2 folder also scanned by Studio One?

If you have further issues please contact us via support@vsl.co.at and add screenshots of your situation. Thank you!

    Best,
    Andreas
