When VEP plug-ins are loaded into a DAW host, the connected VEP7 Server also loads the associated instance that was connected when the plug-in state was last saved. When the plug-in is unloaded, the connected server removes the associated instance again.
I think that's a great feature, as it emulates the behavior as if the sounds were actually hosted by the plug-in itself. Very intuitive and well done.
However, when I unload a DAW project with 4 plug-ins (for example), one instance is always left running in the server. I would expect that all 4 instances should be closed.
Is this intended behavior? If so, what's the rationale?
