    Here are the facts:

    Hardware: MacBook Pro M2 Max.

    Samples Location: Portable HD.

    Software I'm Using: Finale Version 27, Vienna Ensemble Pro 7, Vienna Suite Pro, MIR Pro, Synchron Player, and iLok; all of these are fully updated. The directory manager shows all of my samples.

    iLok Licenses: All licenses are downloaded into the thumb drive.

    Issue: Despite having all the samples downloaded and reading multiple threads on this topic, the Synchron player does not reflect the samples I have on my portable HD. Is this a routing problem? If so, what is the proper routing path?
