    Hi

    I have contacted support, but they are 2-3 days in between emails, so I am hopeful someone here can help. I purchased Duality on the 31st and still do not have it up and running. 

    If I log into myVSL, I see that Duality is listed. It says that it has been deposited into my iLok acct, and has a green button next to it. I have an iLok which I have had for many years. I also have a brand new iLok (lets call that #2) and want the Duality license on there.

    If I plug both iLoks into my W11 computer and open the iLok lic. mgr, it tells me that both iLoks are "owned by you". I cant drag the Duality license from the right panel in the lic mgr to iLok #2 - I get an error saying there are no available activations. Is it on the other iLok? Should I not be able to drag it from one to the other?

    Any ideas on what I should do?

    Got it - heard back from iLok support with some erroneous info, but that got my brain working and I figured it out.
