I've been away from VSL for a few years. I've recently come back and I think I have reinstated everything correctly. I've 'upgraded' from eLicenser to iLok and all that seems ok. I do have some older components that say they can't convert. I am using Vienna Ensemble Pro Server 7.0.1056 (64-bit), Vienna Instruments Pro Version 2.5.18664 as a plugin to Pro Tools Ultimate 2020.11, running on Mac Pro (Late 2013) macOS Catalina (10.15.7) 64 gig memory.
The problem appears when I load SE03 Orchestra String Chords. The preset loads with 8 sets. SE01-SE04 and SE11-SE14. SE01-SE04 work correctly and the meters show sound and I get sound out of the Master Bus. If I choose any of the SE11-SE14 sets the keys show the notes that are played, the sequencer shows activity, but there is no action on the audio meters and I hear no sound. All the routing is the same as for the SE01-SE04 sets.
I'm 'thinking' that for some reason there is no content (samples?) linked to those sets. I've looked in my MyVSL account and it shows I have the most recent Special Edition Strings 1 and 2. I'm at a loss as to what is going on, admittedly I haven't been involved with VSL for a while. Any help or info is appreciated.
