    Just upgraded to Monterey, Logic 10.7.8 and the latest VSL players.

    For whatever reason, the new iLok libraries installed on my external drives can't be seen by the players.

    The libraries on my internal hard drive are all recognized.

    Both Vienna Assistant and Directory Manager sees where they are & all licenses are seen on the iLok License Manager.

    Needless to say, this wasn't an issue before the upgrade.

    Support asked if I refreshed the Director Manger - I did - so I'm seeing if anybody has any insights before I hear from them again.

    So! Any insights? :)

    Hi Matthew, 

    Shot in the dark: Could it be that you simply didn't activate your iLok Cloud session?

    Thanks, Paul. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case either.

    In the meantime, the VSL support folks suggest that I upgrade to Ventura as Monterey apparently has big

    problems with its Privacy and Privileges which, although correct on my end, could (??) be contributing to the problem.
