    Are there any plans to update the Notion Presets to include the Elite string addition?

    Yes, Version 1.4 of the notion presets is available in Vienna Assistant!
    I added Elite Strings Presets and also a second Vienna Ensemble Project especially where Prime Elite Strings are used instead of the bigger Orchestral Strings
