    Hello all,

     Since the last update (1.1.313), the Vienna Assistant takes at least 5 minutes to respond + 5 minutes to open + 30 seconds for each click and hangs before the download starts. 

     Am I the only one experiencing this?

    Hi Dominic,

    We started seeing similar behavior on some of our Windows test machines. A fix should be available, shorty. You can also get in touch with us directly via support@vsl.co.at.

    I have the same problem with Vienna Assistant Ver. 1.1.320...

    Any updates ? Unfortunately version 1.1.325 did not fix the problem. It takes so long time to start.

    Hi Dominic and others,

    Best to contact our support as this looks pretty situational. When I mentioned "similar behavior," we saw that the initial start of Vienna Assistant could take up to 30 seconds. Back in June, I thought this might be related. It's not. (Our test machines simply have EVERY product installed & licensed)
