  • Plug-ins dissapeared from list

I created a support ticket for this, but maybe someone here knows an answer too, so I tought to drop it on the forum as well.

My issue: today I encountered the fact that VE PRO has lost track of lots of my installed plug-ins. Yesterday everything was fine, today I can’t use my (Dorico) projects anymore, at least not for playback, since Opus and Kontakt 7 have disappeared from the list of supported plug-ins, among many others.

I did ‘reset and rescan all’, this didn’t make any difference, restart my computer, and do a rescan again, but this didn’t help either. Re-install of VE PRO and rescan also didn’t change anything, so I’m out of options. VE Pro is pointing to the right directories, I didn’t change anything there, it just popped up today when I opened my latest project and Opus was in red with an exclamation mark, same for Kontakt 7.

I’m running a Windows 11 pc, i7-12700K, 64GB RAM, all software on SSD.

I hope you have a solution to fix this.
