    Hi everyone! I've been trying to solve this issue for a couple of days now. The app just crashes at 20% as if it is force-stopped, it just stops and disappears. I was advised by Andreas, from the support team to try and disable the player it is trying to load at that spot, in this case that would be Kontakt as I mainly use it for everything. So I did but still does the same thing at the same spot. 

    I'm really in a bad spot to have this issue now as I have so much pending work and deadlines coming up. Really desperate to get it to work. Will really appreciate any help.

    Hi!

    As replied to your email, you could try to remove the specific library from your Kontakt Player to pin down the issue further. Since the crash always happens on the very same track, this is not unlikely. You sent in a log, but we would need a VE Pro crash report.

    Hi Andreas, 

    I sent another email with the log that containts the error:

    I'm not sure if this is the issue but I'm sure you'll know. Update, I was able to completely load up everything last night but now it's not working again, so I'm thinking it's not a plugin issue. 

    Really appreciate your help on this. It's really important that I fix this soon cause my work heavily relies on it.
