    Hello everybody, 

    As promised in our Silicone Announcement Video, our Synchron Pianos Player is now available as a Native Silicon version and waiting for you in your Vienna Assistant (click Refresh, if necessary)!

    Hi Michael, 

    I'm afraid we are not offering demo licenses for the big Synchron Pianos right now. 

    But we offer a 14 -day return policy when you purchase in our webshop, so you will be safe there!

    Hello Raymonde, 

    You should see the Synchron Pianos Software Update in your Vienna Assistant. 

    If that's not the case, please send us a screenshot of your Vienna Assistant, so we can check what's going on! The Synchron Pianos Software is available in the first section called "Sample Players". 

    Also which OS are you working on?
