MIRacle and Sibelius Ultimate

Hello Andi,

I've been greatly enjoying a free licence to explore MIR Pro3D.

If using Sibelius to export the final audio (in stereo) after processing by MIR, is it possible to get the MIRacle plugin to work within Sibelius before that export? Does MIRacle have to be on the Active Device list (it isn't at present)? Or can it be inserted via the Sibelius Mixer FX? In which case, how does Sibelius find it?

Hello Oceanview!

You can add MIRacle in two different ways to your Sibelius playback configuration.

1.) Add it directly in Vienna Ensemble (Pro).

2.) Add it on the Sibelius Playback Devices/Effects page. If it doesn't appear there, please make sure that the folder where you have installed the plugin file "Vienna MIRacle.dll" is added in the Sibelius menu Audio Engine Options/Virtual Instruments and Effects Folders.

Hello Andi,

If I insert MIRacle on a master channel in VE I get the small blue label saying MIRacle and 'integrated' - but when I click on it it doesn't open the UI for MIRacle as pictured in the manual. Is this right?

I'm on the free licence currently, and I don't have VEPro - either of these the cause?

The MIRacle GUI appears as expected here in Vienna Ensemble (free). Could it be that it is hidden behind another window? Can you send a screenshot?

Hello Andi,

I solved it. When I right-clicked on the master channel I was choosing MIRacle from the Integrated list. Below that under VSL there is another list (which includes the effects from Vienna Suite) with MIRacle also, and that brings up the missing GUI.
