Can't download the performance tool

I registered my Chamber Strings from the horizon series, then I got an email from VSL but there was NO activation code or anything like that, so I can't download the performance tool. Today I tryed again, I went to the download the tool and when I write the product id it sais that this product has been registede by another person!!!!

Please, HELP!

welcome gustavo ... of course you cannot register a product twice.
an email with a code for temporary activation was just sent to you - it has not been triggered automatically because the string you entered as XSkey number has not been valid

THANKS. I just got the email. Not sure which is the "computer ID numeber" or the "XSkey" number...

I'm new in both VSL and Logic.

the computerID is relevant for PC (as the subheadline says) resp. halion and kontakt (standalone version of the performance tool) - the built in wizard explains it as well as the manual.
the integrated performance tool for EXS needs to be authorized on your XSkey - the number should be printed on your logic registration card and be displayed in the authorization dialog.
you get this dialog for logic7 holding down the apple key during the launch of logic or with the XSkey manager

please note: apple does not recommend to use the XSkey manager for entering access codes on white XSkeys!
